Nick Ferrara is the driving force behind Gotham Cinema Rides - and its relentless focus on immersive fandom. Featured in The New York Post as “a lifelong Ghostbusters fan” Nick is bringing to life an ambitious tour through NYC’s most iconic Ghostbusters filming locations — all from behind the wheel of a restored Ecto-1. Matt is a creator, builder, and storyteller who thrives on turning ideas into unforgettable experiences. As Creative Director of Gotham Cinema Rides, he brings iconic movie moments to life — transforming legendary cinematic worlds into immersive adventures fans can actually step inside.
Through his YouTube channel, Creative Geekery, Matt shares that same passion for making with a global community, exploring prop building, behind-the-scenes fandom, and the joy of creative play. Whether it’s designing a themed event, reimagining a movie car experience, or building a screen-accurate prop, Matt’s mission is always the same: to take imagination off the page and into the real world.
