Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking are non-refundable.

For special events (e.g., Comic Con weekend, film anniversaries, or themed one-off experiences), all bookings are non-refundable within 14 days of the event due to limited availability.

Vehicles and experiences start promptly at the scheduled time. Refunds are not available for late arrivals or no-shows.
